InvoiceIQ Retrieval Services

With InvoiceIQ Retrieval Services, Cloud Age provides automated carrier portal downloads and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capture technology to standardize data collection from carriers. As a component of Cloud Age’s invoice management automation working alongside InvoiceIQ Retrieval Services, our clients can accurately process invoices from vendors to ensure accurate processing of invoices.

InvoiceIQ Reader Services

Worker on laptopWe work with our clients to ensure that copies of all their needed telecom invoices are managed by Cloud Age, using InvoiceIQ Reader Service for data translation and consolidation. During the Onboarding process, our client provides Cloud Age a list of their (or their client) telecom carriers. Each client also provides a standard Letter of Authorization (LOA) to Cloud Age for each telecom carrier account. The LOA is used by Cloud Age to notify the telecom carrier that Cloud Age should receive all invoices for InvoiceIQ Reader Services processing going forward.

The Cloud Age team maps each incoming telecom carrier invoice to one of Cloud Age’s automated invoice readers that support all telecom carriers and that can convert data from EDI, web-based, paper, PDF, and other various electronic formats into a single standardized electronic data file format. Because we constantly update our readers to adjust to the changes telecom carriers make, Cloud Age can translate invoice data far faster than if a TEM, WEM or service provider tried to do this on their own.

With UNI-Bill, our clients never have to worry about providing incomplete or inaccurate invoice data to their internal and/or external customers. Cloud Age’s proprietary software platform automatically checks so that all the monthly carrier invoices associated with a client’s account are received. Cloud Age reconciles all summary invoice data with the detailed line charges. If something is missing or wrong, the Cloud Age team works with the carrier to resolve the problem.

Every telecom carrier has their own unique description for standard services such as MPLS, IP access, private line, VPN service, etc. This makes it hard for our clients to compare pricing, find savings and manage their network inventory.
